Product Descriptions

1. We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate.  Where we become aware of any incomplete or inaccurate description, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.

2. Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.

 

Product Orders

3. We endeavour to ensure that our product list is current however we give no undertaking as to the availability of any product advertised on our website.

4. Postage is an additional charge, calculated at the time of purchase, unless otherwise expressly specified at the time of purchase.

5. When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact and credit/debit card details. We undertake to take due care with this information; however, in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.

6. We undertake to accept or reject your order within three (3) days.  If we have not responded to you within three (3) days, your offer is deemed to be rejected.  We are not required to give reasons for rejecting your offer to purchase however the most likely reason for rejecting your offer will be that we do not currently have that product in stock.

7. Once you have submitted an order, you may not cancel that order even if our acceptance or rejection of your offer is still pending.

8. Delivery of your ordered product/s will be as set out on our website.  Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment.  Our terms of payment are set out on the order page.

9. All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we despatch the goods.

Ordering Procedure for Goods

10. You may offer to purchase goods described on this website for the price specified on this website by completing the online order form. Your order must contain your name, email address, mobile number, credit/debit card details and any other information requested.

11. Once your order has been processed you will receive an automated response confirming your details and the goods ordered. A GST invoice will be sent to you.

12. The dispatch of the goods from Pampa Ltd will constitute our acceptance of your offer to purchase those particular goods.

13. We provide no warranty as to the availability of goods advertised through this website.

14. Any information on this website is up to date at the time it is posted on the website but is subject to variation at any time without notice.

Payment for Goods

15. We will only accept credit card payment of orders placed through this website. “Pampa South America” will appear on cardholder statements for any payments made via this website.

16. You will be liable for all orders placed using your credit or debit card details and agree to indemnify Pampa Limited against any losses, claims or damages arising from the use or misuse of your credit or debit card details by any other person.

17. Prices are in New Zealand dollars and  inclusive of goods and services tax, duties and other charges imposed or levied in New Zealand in connection with the supply of goods. Prices are exclusive of postage charges unless otherwise expressly specified at the moment of purchase.

18. Ownership and title in the goods does not pass to you until we have received payment in full.

Order Cancellation Due to Error

19. Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction.  Where your credit card has been charged, we will refund your credit card for the total amount debited within 3 working days.
