What are your shipping fees?

Shipping fees consist of a flat a rate that varies depending on the area where you need the products to be delivered. You'll be advised of the applicable fees when you select your address for shipping on checkout.
When should I expect to receive my order?

Delivery is generally within 2-3 business days to North Island destinations and 3-5 business days to South Island destinations for orders received before 5 PM. Rural deliveries can take up to 5 days additional to standard area delivery so please be aware of these timeframes when ordering.
What is your returns policy?

We care about our customers and their satisfaction! If your item is deemed faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your account. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back in the condition it was received within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
